Tokyo, Japan – On July 22 and 23, 2023, the Nepal team of Digital Wallet Inc.'s Smiles Mobile Remittance participated in the 13th Nepal Festival Tokyo held at Nakano Shiki no Mori Park. This event, which attracted an estimated 10,000 visitors, served as a wonderful platform for the team to connect with important customers and introduce Japan's most popular global remittance service.

Hosted by the Nepalese Association in Japan (NRNA Japan), this Nepal Festival aims to promote Nepal and its rich cultural heritage in the heart of Japanese society. As a key participant, Smiles Nepal engaged in dialogue with both new and returning customers, seizing the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the festival's diverse audience.

During the festival, Smiles' booth became a hub of activity, constantly attracting visitors keen to learn more about the services offered. The team’s friendly and knowledgeable representatives addressed each inquiry and provided personalized support. Additionally, the booth featured games, giving participants a chance to win Smiles points and Smiles merchandise.
