Vietnam

The central region of Vietnam has long endured much suffering due to natural disasters. Recently, it has suffered significant losses both materially and spiritually. The images of floods and landslides pierce the hearts of those of us (Vietnamese living abroad) who have left our hometowns.
Under the spirit of sharing goodwill (Lá lành đùm lá rách), Smiles has successfully implemented the charity program "Central Vietnam, Let's Go! (Miền Trung cố lên)" in collaboration with partner companies, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, and numerous donors. This program was carried out in Tra My and Tan Binh districts of Quang Nam Province.

Delivered from the Heart – A Journey of Love
All funds donated by customers of Smiles were delivered directly to the people of central Vietnam. Let’s reflect on this meaningful journey.
For the future of children:
Scholarships of 1,000,000 VND each were awarded to 100 students overcoming hardships.
Donations of white shirts, second-hand clothes, textbooks, and school supplies. We supported children to attend school in a more fulfilling environment.
To help adults overcome difficulties:
Cash assistance ranging from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 VND for 100 households affected by floods and landslides.
Repairing roofs of hundreds of houses with new corrugated iron. We ensured that residents had safe housing post-disaster.
Spreading health and delivering hope:
Free examinations and distribution of medicine were conducted for over 2,000 residents. In particular, we focused on supporting the elderly and children, who are most vulnerable after the floods.

Heartfelt Gratitude
This program could not have been realized without the trust and support of customers of Smiles. Each contribution became a form of love, empowering thousands of people in central Vietnam to move forward.
"It is not just money. It is health, roofs, and the future of the children in disaster areas."
Once again, Smiles deeply appreciates your warm-hearted goodwill. Let us continue to spread love and write many stories of kindness in our future journey together.
