The Company hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) and strives to protect personal information. 

Concerning the protection of personal information in services provided as “fund transfer services,” such matters are clarified in the separately stipulated “Policy on Handling of Personal Information in Fund Transfer Services.” Please be sure to review the designated policy when using these services.

When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company investigates such a party and enters into a contract requiring the entrusted party to securely handle personal information. In the event of any issues, notification will be provided to the customer, and corrective actions will be promptly taken to prevent recurrence.

    The Company may jointly provide services and products of third parties through the Company Services and may share relevant personal information with those third parties. 

  3. Service Providers 
    The Company may collaborate with other companies or hire external individuals to provide functions on behalf of the Company Services. Service providers may access and use personal information only to the extent necessary to provide such functions and may not use such information for any other reason. 

  4. Legal Protection and Law Enforcement 
    If deemed appropriate for compliance with laws, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or customers, the Company may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies. 


Additionally, if there is a possibility that personal information will be shared with third parties in cases other than those above, the customer will receive prior notice and may choose not to have the Company share such information with third parties.

Customers are obligated to ensure that information provided to the Company is accurate and up-to-date and to promptly notify or update information if there are changes. 
If concerns related to leakage or misuse of customer information are recognized, customers must promptly contact the Company. 
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused or derived from failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
