From May 3 to 4, 2024, the "Festival of the Heart of Vietnam (Festival Trái Tim Việt Nam)" was held at Hanazono Central Park in Osaka. Smiles is very proud to have contributed as a diamond sponsor to such a moving celebration of cultural and artistic richness that reflects the ethnic identity.

This year's festival became even more meaningful thanks to the cooperation of the following individuals:

Smiles put in their utmost effort to ensure the success of the event. To make visitors feel at home, the booth was brightly decorated in the country's colors of red and yellow. We recreated a Vietnamese space in the heart of Osaka, placing familiar symbols such as the shoulder pole (đòn gánh), boats, lotus flowers, and water lilies that represent rural Vietnam. With careful attention to detail, we prepared so that every Vietnamese visitor could feel the warmth of stepping into a corner of their beloved homeland.

The "Heart of Vietnam" Festival – Together Engraving 50 Years of Pulsation

This event was not only an opportunity to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and reunification of the homeland, but it was also a place where thousands of overseas Vietnamese hearts united. Together, we reaffirmed the sacred values of our roots and shared a strong sense of patriotism.

The moment when thousands of golden star red flags (Vietnamese flags) fluttered in the sky of Osaka, filling the festival venue, symbolized the spirit of unity and ethnic pride. The sight of the flags waving together in Japan served to remind each Vietnamese living far away of a proud, resilient, and shining Vietnam.

The "Festival of the Heart of Vietnam" was not only a place for the Vietnamese community in Japan to interact, but also an opportunity to deepen bonds and show ethnic pride together.
