Digital Wallet Inc., Japan's No.1 global mobile remittance service, has partnered with Sacombank-SBR, a remittance service owned by one of Vietnam's largest banks, to donate aid money and supplies to the victims of Typhoon Noru, which struck Vietnam.

Typhoon Noru formed over the Philippine Sea and passed through Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam by the end of September 2022.

Central Vietnam suffered tragic consequences from this storm on September 28 last year, forcing more than 800,000 people to evacuate. Particularly, towns such as Hoa Son, Hoa Ban district, and Da Nang city were hit the hardest.
