Tokyo, Japan – On February 15, 2023, Digital Wallet Inc. held an "Internship Day" in collaboration with the Japanese certified NPO Katari-ba, which has invested all its profits since 2001 to build a bright future for Japanese youth.

On that day, 12 foreign high school students partnered with team members from Digital Wallet to work on a one-day project.

The main purpose of this event was to help students nearing graduation expand their future career options through hands-on project experience in a real workplace environment and collaboration with adults. The students had the opportunity to choose from six different courses offered by various departments, including UI design, marketing, and video production.

One student who participated in the internship said, "I think I was able to confirm my own intentions and gain confidence. By learning about the experiences of the people working there and comparing them with my own experiences, I could think about how I want to live my life."

A student who worked on the UI project stated, "I only knew UI as a concept, but after going through the actual experience and receiving positive and constructive feedback from professionals, I started to think about pursuing this career."

Another student added, "At first, I didn't really know what I would be doing, but I really enjoyed the experience itself. From now on, I want to continue seizing various experiences and opportunities, even if I don’t know what will happen next."

Digital Wallet's strengths have been cultivated in a global and diverse environment, and the company believes that young international students and foreign students are essential for global peace.

Hiroshi Miyakawa, founder and CEO of Digital Wallet, stated, "Every day, we witness many people working hard to support their families and home countries. Our team is made up of 12 nationalities, and all are seriously committed to creating a better and more peaceful international society. This initiative we started with NPO Katari-ba is part of our desire to help even more young international citizens in the future."

Teaching the younger generation and supporting them to have confidence in their future has also been a rewarding experience for the company. The company hopes to continue similar activities in the future.
