I work in the Solutions Division, mainly focusing on web front-end development. My main responsibility is the design and implementation of our in-house service 'Mobapro,' which handles everything from data collection and analysis to visualization and marketing measures. I am also involved in the development of several other web services.
Additionally, I work on building and operating data analysis platforms for other companies, often participating in everything from requirement gathering to implementation and operation.

The first challenge I faced in my current position was taking the lead not only on technical decisions but also on the overall project direction.
I had to take responsibility for how to design and implement features, as well as investigate and verify issues when they arose, which was often stressful. In those situations, I consulted with senior colleagues and team members, referred to past cases, and organized tasks carefully, making sure to handle each step calmly without rushing.
By keeping a mindset of 'adjusting as we go,' I gradually gained confidence in my decision-making.

Yes. I got married and had a child. At that time, I was able to take one month of parental leave, which gave me valuable time to focus on my family.
It wasn’t just the system that supported me, my colleagues shared my workload and helped out, which allowed me to take the leave with peace of mind. I feel that this company provides an environment where you can confidently build your career, even as your life stage changes.

Currently, I work from home about half the week, which makes it easier to spend time with my family. Thanks to the company’s remote work and flexible hours policies, I have the flexibility to manage my work time and can focus on my tasks while balancing my personal life.

I would tell my past self, 'Don’t rush, your efforts will build real strength over time.' I believe that by continuing to take steady steps, these efforts will grow into real capability.
