I currently work as the development team leader for B2C services such as Smiles. Since joining Digital Wallet, I have mainly been responsible for front-end development, including smartphone apps and back-office applications.

Collaboration between teams is very fast. Communication is close not just within the development team, but also with operations, design, and business development, and discussions for solving problems happen actively and efficiently.

Yes. Being able to work flexibly in terms of location and hours not only helps me focus on development but also maintain a good work-life balance. I feel that the company has a culture that understands and supports employees in valuing time with family and children.

Generally speaking, I try to pay attention to code readability, standardization, and simplification. I also actively share any points where I struggled, tips, or important considerations during implementation, so that the whole team can benefit and improve our collective knowledge.

Each team member takes responsibility for their own area, but when problems arise, there is a strong sense of everyone working together to find solutions, regardless of roles or experience. Usually, people are focused on their work and quiet, but when needed, there is a solid culture of helping each other as a team.

It was when we launched the international remittance service app, 'Smiles.' I got involved in development shortly after joining Digital Wallet, and I struggled a lot at first because I didn’t know the ropes. Still, I remember feeling a strong sense of reward from the excitement of a new challenge and the energy of the small company coming together to build a single service.
Even after the service launched, we were constantly making changes and improvements, but the effort and sense of achievement from that time remain unforgettable.
