I currently oversee the Solutions Division and am mainly responsible for front-end development, including smartphone apps and back-office applications.

I make it a point to communicate quickly, both inside and outside the company. From my years of experience, I’ve found that misunderstandings and assumptions tend to accumulate, which can make backtracking much more difficult. That’s why I share progress updates and issues as early as possible and, when necessary, discuss them face-to-face. I’ve realized that communication with speed and sincerity ultimately helps keep projects on a steady course.

Recently, technologies like AI code completion, which we could hardly imagine before, have become something we can use every day, and I feel this progress constantly. Within our company, we actively use AI to make work more efficient and to spark new ideas, which helps the whole team grow and evolve.

That said, final decisions and quality control are still the role of humans. Tools only show their true value when used well. That’s why I think the ability to use AI wisely, without over-relying on it, will become even more important in the future.
