On May 2 and 3, 2026, Smiles Mobile Remittance participated in the Indonesia Fair (Pekan Raya Indonesia) 2026, held at Hikari Plaza, Nagoya. The Smiles Indonesia team is incredibly proud to have served as a Gold Sponsor, helping the event become a massive success with over 10,000 Indonesian residents in attendance.

Our booth was the largest and busiest at this year's Indonesia Fair. Beyond just stopping by, visitors were able to engage in several activities:

The event was also attended by the Digital Wallet Corporation Executive Vice President, Alex Milan; the Governor of Aichi; the Mayor of Nagoya; and the Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, Maria Renata Hutagalung, who delivered the opening remarks.

Stage festivities with Smiles

While enjoying the Ambyar performance by Silet Open Up and traditional Indonesian dances, Smiles took the stage during breaks to announce the door prize winners. In addition to the Ambyar music in Hikari Plaza, Smiles gave out prizes ranging from round-trip tickets from Japan to Indonesia and a microwave oven to “Share Smiles” in the community.
