Seven Bank, Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masaaki Matsubashi, hereinafter referred to as Seven Bank) and Digital Wallet, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo, President and CEO: Eiji Miyakawa, hereinafter referred to as Digital Wallet) have started connecting to the Smiles Mobile Remittance service (hereinafter referred to as Smiles) at Seven Bank ATMs from April 2, 2024 (Tuesday). On the same day, Digital Wallet executed the merger with Seven Global Remit, Inc., a subsidiary of Seven Bank.

Digital Wallet, based on the partnership agreement already concluded with Seven Bank regarding the mobile international remittance service Smiles, started providing Smiles service usage at Seven Bank ATMs from April 2, 2024. From this day forward, Smiles users can easily and quickly deposit overseas remittance funds at Seven Bank ATMs by using the Smiles Premium Card or by scanning a QR code from the Smiles app. As a result, Smiles users will be able to access the service, which allows remittance to over 200 countries globally anytime and anywhere from more than 77,000 ATMs across the country, significantly improving the convenience for customers using international remittance.
