(Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo) has officially renewed its partnership with the Philippine Assistance Group (PAG) through a contract signing ceremony held at the Philippine Embassy in Japan. As a result, Smiles has been determined to continue serving as the main sponsor of the "Philippine Festival Tokyo 2025" scheduled to be held at Yoyogi Park from November 29 to 30, 2025.

The contract signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Maileen J. Garcia Albano, the Ambassador of the Philippines to Japan, Ms. Merry Joy B. Ramirez, First Secretary and Consul of the Philippine Embassy, Mr. Berlyto "Toots" Capulong, President of PAG, officers and members of PAG, and the management of Digital Wallet Co., Ltd. The ceremony confirmed the shared desire of the Philippine government, PAG, and Smiles to strengthen cultural exchange and social participation of the Filipino community in Japan.

As the main sponsor, Smiles will contribute to the success of the festival through cultural performances, regional programs, and operational support. Additionally, an interactive booth will be set up at the venue to provide attendees with exclusive promotions and fun activities, allowing them to directly experience Smiles' swift, safe, and low-cost remittance service.
